We booked a mattress it was firm and comfy, exactly the way we want.There was a wait for the pick up at warehouse.But, later the person from the warehouse called and explain the reason of delaying & he sounds genuine in his effort to apologise. We really appreciate that.This was our 3 purchase from them after box bed & recliner sofa.We will go back again.

Raquel and Marie were awesome superstars on the chat today. Answering all my questions efficiently and effectively. I've just ordered Bunk beds for my kids with the earliest pickup being Sunday but I needed it earlier than that and Raquel was able to work her magic and got me a pick up time tomorrow yay! Looking forward to it. Thanks Raquel and Marie keep up to good work. If all goes well with pickup and assembling my bunk then I will definitely be shopping here again maybe even another bunk.

I bought a electric standing desk. - easily put together good instructions is amazing for the price as compare to others, it was under half price! It was on sale for Mother’s Day. Easy pick up from the Christchurch distribution centre team the next day. They guys there were so friendly and helpful -helped me load into the back of my car. Very happy with my purchase and the product.

We bought a new dining table from this company. We were told 3 - 5 weeks for shipping. The table did not arrive within this time. We had to contact ifurniture multiple times to find out when it was arriving, over the phone and eventually in-store.When the table finally arrived, there was a gouge in the centre of the top side. The mark must have been made prior to it being packed as the packaging was not damaged in this area. We contacted their customer service again but were still receiving no response from them and had to follow up. Finally, we received a response, and they offered us a $35 refund.....Apparently, ifurniture thinks it is appropriate to not follow the CGA. The entire process is long and challenging and still isn’t resolved. Will never buy from them again.

I Bought a Dining table of theirELITE range" when i opened it had a hairline scratch on table top.Rang their after sales team immediately and been offered $30. What a joke. Not buying anything again and don't recommend."

Wow. I am super impressed not only with the quality of the couches etc I bought but the super fast delivery and only $15 for shipping. Loving my new feather filled furniture. So comfy and stylish. Have had loads of compliments from visitors too. Thank you guys.

I don't usually give negative feedback, but in this case I will.After being told the clearance 3 seater sofa could not be delivered because they didn't have the packaging and couldn't guarantee 'no damage' due to their delivery, I arranged to borrow a car and trailer to pick it up the next day. On arrival I asked the only salesman for a hand lifting the sofa, he ignored my request and said he'd find someone to help me lift it across the store to my waiting trailer. 10 minutes later, after I'd arranged easy extraction for the sofa from surrounding furniture he returned to say can I wait another 20 minutes" for someone to finish their lunchbreak. I politely asked if he would mind assisting me with the lift since he was heading in the same direction as the door. With a smile he said "I'm a salesman" !

Originally put in a good review due to the first stage of my process purchasing a desk online here. Initial communication was very good, however after that everything has been very poor. For about a week, our payment on their website was not confirmed until I contacted them about it. Then we received the product about 2 weeks later. The product we received was a different colour to that which was advertised. The wood is chipped and splitting, there are two hand prints in the stain. And trying to put it together was a nightmare as the pieces did not fit together well. Considering I paid $600 for this desk I am not very pleased.
