Had my nails done two weeks ago, when I sat down I was horrified that the nail utensil where not cleaned from the previous customer, nail clippers still had nail clippings in them, after my nails were filed I wasn’t asked to wash my hands (to get nail dust) off. The nails were only wiped with a wet wipe and hands left with nail dust all over them. Had gel nails and a couple were still damp and tacky when I left which got damaged when I put my seatbelt on. I will not return to this business

Had a lovely afternoon getting 2 of my daughters nails done here, at the end my two year old was asking for her turn so the kind lady put a lick of Polish on them (not filed, dried or anything and as you'd expect they ended up a mess!) Her manager was then very rude and insisted I had to pay full price for a file shape and polish, pushing the price list in front of me. Will not be returning!

Lovely at first. Two ladies were lovely the whole time, however one was rude. Would only do what I wanted if they charged me double. Ended up changing what I wanted completely and even then, six days later and one of my nails paint has already come off. Very disappointed. Would not reccomend at all!

I am so happy with the girls at Ella nails and Beaty...I have the most beautiful nails and they last (Shellac) any photo I have saved as my next design gets done to my delight.My toe nails are also gorgeous and the foot massage is heaven. I highly recommend Ella nail and Beaty

I had my nails done a few weeks ago the looked horrible and did not last long at all they has a horrible shape to them and I got sns and the started to chip after less than a week and they were very over priced for what I got. I would never recommend to go here
