We had 6.8kw pv risen panels, 8.2kwh lipo4 alphaESS battery, alphaESS smile 6 high voltage 6kw inverter installed by solar365 and their electricians Tahi electrical. It's an amazing system and the price was very reasonable. They promised to install before Xmas and they did. Was installed in a single long day of hard work and signed off 2 days later. Very professional. I haven't needed to use their post sales support yet so can't comment on that, but i expect excellence based on my experience so far.
