Such a bad experienceWe waited 14 months for our new aluminium front door (including the wooden doorframe and glass panel next to it) from the date we paid the deposit, to when the job was done. This did include a 2 week lockdown in August 2021 however there was barely any communication and the little communication we did receive was often rude. Since installation, water gets in when it rains and because we’ve already paid Graedon Joinery the full amount, our emails are often left unanswered or they tell us they’ll come over to fix it but it’s been 7 months now and we’re still waiting. Very upsetting, stressful, and won’t be using them again.

Hi Graeme, Thank you for the wine - it was very unexpected and very very nice. Also thank you for the kitchen - it really has worked out well and it is a pleasure to be in there cooking. Great workmanship too. I am very impressed at the level of care and the quality.
