We just down there for business meetings in the building within in a few minutes they just towed our company vehicle which have sign writing and mobile number as well.$400 charge for the parking which is totally ridiculous.Even they towed car to frankton and we need to go over there with taxi and they also charge after our fees.That’s not acceptable ethics and charge.

Very bad experience, been traveling with 13 months old bub, stopped for a baby diaper change and a quick supper and got $400 ticket, very appaling considering people can't put food on table at this time with covid, flood and inflation issues and businesses like this being so inhumane and charging people excruciating amount of money and filling their pockets.

They charged us $400, I got my car back from : 21 Massey Street. There are a lot of car been towed and parked there.

My friends car was just recently towed by Hamilton Parking Services from the car park next to David’s emporium down Alexandra St, it was before midnight, the vehicle was NOT obstructing any traffic or causing any harm to the property what so ever, we were charged a substantial amount for the towing fee of $400I understand that it would be a tow away for a business open at that time of night, but at the same time i doubt a business open at that time of night would have a tow away policy as this would be their income as paying customers.Parking in this car park did not hinder or affect the businesses that own the car parks in the area and these businesses are NOT open at that time of night, which will not affect the business income.You get charged less for speeding in some cases on the road which is a much more serious offence than parking in a car park that is of no harm to anyone or anything.Unfortunately this news has to be leaked and the absolutely ridiculous amount charged of $400 to salvage a vehicle that was only parked for an 1hour causing no harm what so ever to the property.$400 is not justifiable, it’s robbery.Please share if you agree

They are charging money by watching CCTV when you parked on their place 24/7. They will charge us at least $100 for clamping or $300 for towing the vehicle. Can’t believe this kind of things happened in NZ.

My husband car was just towed one hour ago by Hamilton Parking Services from the car park behind Starbucks at the town, he didn’t take more than 5 minutes, when my husband was trying to jump into the car to move it the person who towed (I think his name is Shaun) didn’t let him to touch the car, he asked my husband the amount for the towing fee of $300 for not taking it away.I understand that my husband made a mistake but he was ready to move it, my husband asked for take out his belongings and the guy didn’t let him do it. It was some important documents inside and my husband explained this to him and with arrogance he just respond “I don’t care, pay me $300.00 and you will get your car back otherwise go to pick it up and pay $400.00 but you don’t take anything from the car till you pay”.I was trying to explain him on the phone that we need the car for job and for our children, his answer was, “bend on your knees and beg all you want but I won’t change and I really don’t care your work and family. Ask your family or friends for help, I need the money”.When my husband went to pick up the car the guy said to him, “this is my country and there said in English not parking and because is my country I can do wherever I want”My point is, why do you have to be so arrogant, racism and rude? We paid but that’s not the way to talk to people and $400.00 is ridiculous, that’s robbery.By the way we are citizens and our children born here and we don’t make reach at the expense of bad moments of others.I am sure the few good comments are from friends and same racism people like you.The day after this guy texted me because this review; I asked many times for the receipt of the amount we paid $400.00. Never get that just a stupid message with a complaint.

I WAS PHYSICALLY ATTACKED BY AN EMPLOYEE OF THIS COMPANY. Last Saturday I was sitting in my car at the back of my own resturant in our parking, not blocking anyone. It was heavy rain so I didn’t notice until I felt my car shift and realised a tow truck was attempting to tow my car. When I came out and told the guy towing my car to stop and that I was still in my car, in my own restaurants parking lot, he told me it doesn’t matter and continued to tow my car. I told him I would call the cops as what he was doing was illegal, I tried to stop him, then he grabbed me from the back in a headlock and when I tried to get out of the headlock, he picked me up and threw me against the pavement, I landed on my leg and felt sharp pain and begged him to stop, he laughed at me, saying I’m a faker. I called the police and laid in rain as I could not move, shivering for almost half and hour in the heavy rain, with no sympathy from the attacker. Advice to everyone do not confront them, they are aggressive and a danger to the public. It is better to pay these robberies, than get seriously injured. When I was taken to the ER, I was told my knee has been severely injured as ligaments have been torn. At my age, I may have to go for surgery, which is not cheap and this injury can cause a lifetime of problems. Towing in itself is robbery, Australia has banned it because if you park on the wrong spot the council fines you between $14-$40 however these companies charge up to $450, and this only increases if you don’t pick up your car straight away. Many families are already struggling enough, with our economic climate and inflation, our government has legalised this robbery and it needs to stop, they not only taking our money but have caused me serious injuries.

Appalling!!! Parked to grab some bubble tea for my kids. Parked at 4.16pm approx and was back at where car was parked 4.30pm. In 14 minutes my car was towed and back in a yard in Massey street Frankton. I believe they had been watching and acted immediately and that is illegal revenue collecting. I had two children with me who were frightened and cold when we returned to our car gone. Then as I rung 6 minutes after 4.30pm @ 4.36pm as per phone records I was charged an extra $100 for after hours". So $400 + 25 taxi to retrieve my car .The man would not give me his name or details or any documentation / receipt provided which is illegal what sort of operation is this ????Bloody ridiculous and heartless and unreasonable. I don't know how you sleep at night

Shame on you, such a horrible job, robbing people, I saw how you towed cars the whole day long, breaking into the cars, even dropping them after picked, shame on you, taking advantage on this day, where there was an event in the central Library, you picked the day carefully, despise the hotel quest on ward is still under renovations and charging a ridiculous amount of money, you are just thiefs.
