NZ Post Shop Kerikeri

This place is a joke! Its the second time I've been this month & the station thats used to pack/address your parcels to was full. Its the size of a small coffee table with 1 person at each end. I found a space to address my card on a shelf, not invading anyone's space & was told not to do that...I found another shelf & was told not to that as well & to be patient. I stood there for 10mins & decided I'll sit on the floor & address my card, once again not invading anyone's space. Was told I couldnt do that either. Feeling frustrated I walked out & was asked if I'd paid for my card!! Avoid the little the man with the glasses, he has no idea of customer satisfaction!!

As all other real reviews stated - this shop should be closed and avoided for many reasons.Went there to drop off my parcel with printed courier stamp. I had no cellotape on me to stick it on the parcel, and I asked if they have it on them. And you won’t be surprised, they refused to use their stationary to stick the courier stamp on the parcel. They said they don’t have it, but you can buy it for $5.99This place is a joke. Post office with no stationary available. And they are not ashamed of their service and not even thinking to improve. Is there anywhere in Kerikeri you can find worst place than this? No. This one is gold medalist of worst service imaginable

Parcel collection is now only available 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri. I work out of town and this restriction on hours now means I have to take a half day off work in order to collect my parcels. I queried this and was told, Those are the hours the lady works". I pay a premium for the Postbox service

Atrocious sustomer service. Got the run around by 3 different staff members on 3 different days/visits all to just collect a parcel I had sent there. Refused to leave until they actually got the parcel and passed it to me as it was about to be redirected back to sender. Noone seemed to know how parcel collect works and kept sending me between different counters wasting everyone's time. Got the jist that none of them really wanted to do any work. Will avoid this place at all costs!!

Witnessed the proprietor be quite rude to two customers before me. They seem to have a high staff turnover and I can understand why. Big long queues at both counters and one staff member to man each (is often like this when I am there). Grumpy proprietor who took himself off to lunch not worried about the long queues, but as the lady who was next to me pointed out it was probably a good thing. He obviously needed a break.

Unfortunately have to agree with the majority of the comments. I have had a negative experience here 70%of the time. Staf is so rude and uncaring. I have not felt so unvalued as a customer in such a long time. It feels like the staff want to put in minimal effort but take advantage of situations to make life harder for people. I don't understand. Their manager needs to be laid off and things started wrom clean slate. A stain on Kerikeri reputation

Just encountered the most rudest women with the worst ever customer skills, absolutely zero help!! had money sent to my sister viaWestern Union only place you can receive in the FarNorth isKerikeri Post well as I have said in the beginning I'm talking about the lady at the Kerikeri Post disgusting piece of work, You think when money is sent from overseas and that it's all cleared that you can get your funds well hello no WHY and this is not a joke but Kerikeri Post didn't have the funds available they only had $400Believe me wasn't happy and then she says go to Kawakawa… day just went from good to bad real quick. IF YOU CAN AVOID GOING THERE THEN DO SO

The lady with glasses and short shaggy hair has been great help with Western Union. She has a great personality, very helpful and you can see how she cares for her work place and other staff members!Always very welcoming!!

Went there today & stood at the counter and waited while 2 staff had a conversation, they saw us there and chose to ignore us. When we were finally served the lady with the foreign accent was pretty blunt & rude! A smile would of been nice.

Disappointing service. Called with advance notice that I was coming to collect a package and could they have it ready as was cutting it fine time-wise. Really needed to collect the parcel. I arrived before closing time, yet staff had closed early and would not let me in despite having staff there talking. Where’s your community spirit?
