Our Pet's Goodbye

Thank you Nicola, for making my dogs euthanasia peaceful and calm. Thank you for the true professionalism and gentle kindness you showed both of us. It was an amazing experience, and such a special way to finish Mya's wonderful life.

During the process of making a very personal and difficult decision, Nic provided information, empathy and support that helped me beyond measure. She gave me a very clear explanation of her service and processes, which enabled me to make a choice that was best for me and my pup. Having had to make this choice in the past within a clinical setting, I struggle to articulate how different this experience was. Nic was compassionate, calm, composed and very kind in every word and action. It must be very challenging to navigate emotional spaces such as these, but there was no pressure or rush, and I feel like it was a blessing to have chosen this way to say goodbye. My other dog was able to be part of the process too and I believe that has been valuable. I can't recommend Nic highly enough.

Nic was wonderful she was so kind, caring and compassionate making a difficult time a little more bearable. She explained everything that she was going to do. She was very gentle and took her time to make our beloved Silky's last moments pain free. She also organised her cremation and had her delivered back to us once this was done. Nic was extremely communicative, compassionate and kind. She made sure our boy and us were comfortable and talked us through the process. She also came out on Easter weekend which was so nice and meant we didn't have to take him out to the vets, and he could pass in our arms at home. You never want to have to say goodbye to a pet but this was a beautiful way to do it and made the process very peaceful for everyone. Thank you!!

When my beloved dog entered end-stage kidney failure during the Christmas holiday period of 2021, I was relieved to hear that Our Pet's Goodbye was operating on a statutory holiday.
