We are property owners in Motueka but live in Christchurch, when we bought our property early 2022 we engaged Avei Douglas to be our property manager. We have been more than rewarded for this choice, she immediately got to work finding out what we needed for healthy homes compliance and got the required work done very swiftly. She advertised immediately and got good tenants in very quickly, which was a relief for us being so far away and having to pay mortgage, rates, insurance etc for 2 properties.She maintained a high standard of inspection before, during and at the end of that tenancy, and we are delighted that she found more great tenants when our first ones sadly had to leave because of relocation. There were only 10 days between, such a relief and so very helpful for us.
