Food is well choiced and tasty. Staff need a kick up the butt and taught to be more responsive and smile at customersYoung person this morning treated me like I was an inconvenience. Will go across the street in future

Person behind counter very rude, does not know how to treat customers, dont support this place.

Went in to buy a burger, at 1.30pm. they were closed for burgers and chips, totally disappointing. They should take their food sign down if they're not available. Bloody useless

Made my day Te Puke bakery worst attitude to the person on the front counter hopefully you are not the owner because you actually don’t know how to deal with Customers, learn how to treat a person or a customer with a smile not just take the money and walk off , I ordered cake in February and it was so yummy and was exactly as I wanted and I decided to order again but unfortunately was the worst communication, the person on the counter took my order but didn’t even bother to ask much info what I wanted I even chat with baker but when I went to store the person on front counter talked so rudely. Very rude if people have a terrible day Please don’t make others day same as .learn how to smile when you are working on the front counter, was one of Fav bakery but some people just make things difficult.

I'm a raving fan.Never in my life have I had such a beautiful egg burger. Fancy lettuce, beetroot, cheese, big patty, and a just-off-gooey egg. But the bun...!! So light and airy, yet with a toasted shell.Not a regular, I was traveling through. But given half a chance, I'll be back.
