Dropped in today and was disappointed by their customer service. After providing them all the info they asked for, 10min later, they said their system is not working and I had to use my own phone to push through a transaction. Time wasted.

Overall a great experience, my only qualm would be that be that the gentleman was talking to me through a plastic garden, I couldn't help but draw parallels with Pyramus and Thisbe from midsummer night's dream talking through snouts fingers.

Made an appointment to meet with banker. Turned up at appointment time and was told that he was over booked, no one else could see us and we were not important and couldn’t be seen. Yuck!!

I am referring to the bnz branch in the mall. Worst experience ever as a customer. They not trying to resolve anything but push the customer away. For me I was trying to get a replacement card, as simple as that, and the y failed us. Shocking experience.

I would like to give my special thank you to Wai Moata'ane, she is a huge asset to BNZ Bank. I was under so much stress regarding settlement for my home loan and i was connected to Wai from customer service team by chance and that was the best thing happened to me. She listened to my needs and understood my situation. She kept me informed via email and phone calls, she even informed me on her day off which was very unique. After speaking to Wai, i felt so much relief that everything was back on track. Thank you so much Wai, you certainly put my trust back in BNZ.A special thank you to Linda Sturgess who is senior Manager, she totally deserve a huge thanks because she took my situation seriously and despite the huge workload of beginning of month, they really helped me to push this through. You guys seriously amazing and so helpful and i can not thank you enough. THANK YOU SO MUCH :-)

Went to the bank to open a account, there was a lady there who automatically assumed I was a International student which I wasn't, very rudely she asked why I wanted to open a account, then told be that's not a good enough reason to open the account and I should stay with the bank I'm currently with and sent me off , So I went and opened a account at ASB

ATM’s always have issues. Staff are super lazy and are very reluctant to help do cash deposits at teller. If ATM is offline inside bank. Staff tell you to stand outside and do cash deposit and the beggars flock to ask you for money. All this so the staff can avoid doing some actual work.
