Had to go hunting for a package I'd purchased for my son's 21st birthday which was allegedly signed for" and left at "MY" address.I eventually went across the road and found that Farmlands also claim the address of my residence even though they're on the "even" side of the street.The older gentleman who initially served me was very dismissive but a younger staff member retrieved the package and explained that Farmlands has 2 or 3 addresses.I'm grateful to have found my son's (expensive) gift but it's irresponsible of them to leave their address as is and now I'll probably have to check with them for EVERY delivery if it fails to show up."

Buyer beware. An obtuse old pakeha man works here who can only offer (reluctantly) passive aggressive ‘we don’t have that here’ or ‘I don’t know which one does what’ (NB: I called earlier and spoke to someone who advised the thing I needed was there ... this man wasn’t even going to offer someone else who might more knowledgeable than he, to help) ... not a problem solver or a customer orientated employee ... which ironically is probably in his JD.They have a nice shop with all your gardening and farming needs. They only just receive two stars cos a lovely younger woman was able to help me with what I needed and carried the item to my car.

Was there to pick up supplies for a friend.pleasent and quick service.Bags put into boot of car without being asked to, which was appreciated as I have a disability and would have struggled with.

I normally go to Farmlands to get a pest control for ants, but this visit I got another pest product for many other pest insets mainly for the whitetail spiders. The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. His service was excellent.Thank you.

Fundamentally unhelpful, not a patch on the helpful and positive approach at Farmlands in Greytown. This is based on a recent in-store experience plus calling to ask them to charge an item to my account for a colleague to collect - the guy on the phone simply wasn't interested.
