Adam did a great job for us installing a gas hot water system. His communication through every step of the process was excellent, even following up afterwards to check we were happy with everything. From the first day I met Adam to do a quote he turned up on time every appointment, replied to emails promptly and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Honestly probably the best tradesman I’ve had the pleasure dealing with. Adam installed all the plumbing in our renovation of bathroom, laundry & kitchen. When looking for a gas fitter to install a gas stove in our new kitchen, ADP stood out with reviews of good communication, quality work and being all round great to deal with.I'm happy to report all the reviews are true.Adam's communication was fantastic right from first contact through to arranging installation, and even when the job was all finished up with the next steps we needed to do to make sure we he could get our certification completed.He did the job when he said he would, messaged when he needed to change his arrival/ install time slightly, and did a great job of the install. We are loving cooking with gas!If we ever need plumbing or gasfitter services in the future, ADP will be our first port of call.
