Every time I have gone to PB tech with questions about PC parts I've always had my questions answered in detail, I also had a part with a manufacturing issue recently that was diagnosed and replaced within 1 business day for me recently! Amazing customer service.

Staff were helpful and directed us to an appropriate laptop for our needs, and meet our budget. The staff have knowledge of the different laptops, specs and what this means. The pricing at PB Tech is always very good, and cheaper than the big brand retail stores for similar spec items.

Have purchased many times, but good luck if u want help with questions. My suggestion is you do what other people do and follow them around the store and try to corner them before they escape. Perhaps a team of people and use hearding actions.

Very poor service!! The particular staff member we dealt with was absolutely rude and arrogant, no customer service skills what so ever :( Won't be shopping there again.

I sent an 18 port POE switch back under warranty on 8th June. On 10th June they dispatched a replacement unit to someone in Napier instead of to me in Greymouth. It is now 11th July and they still haven't sent another unit to me. I think they are waiting to try and get the one sent to Napier back before they send me a replacement. In the meantime, my security system has been down for over a month. Not good enough! Very poor return service! Will I purchase from them again? Absolutely not!!!

Had to see the service and repairs man yesterday - He was AWESOME. He had patience, looked up information ensured I understood, spent time double checking things. My device had broken and he provided me with sound advice on how to get it repaired at minimal cost. So very HELPFUL and nothing was a problem. THANK YOU Appreciate your service and support

Everything about computers available here. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Store is quite busy with customers, so be prepared to wait if you need help. Otherwise click and collect via online site works best.

In store customer service isn't bad but online is terrible they constantly lie about what stock they actually have available. Trying to get a response from customer service online is a mission. I'd recommend going elsewhere for better service when purchasing items worth alot because these guys don't GAF if you have to wait a month to get the stock they said they had available for immediate delivery.
