Jo & Wayne (owners) are absolutly amazing people whom radiate patience, understanding and compassion followed by outstanding communication.They really deserve recognition in abundance for the above and beyond service they provide all while trying to navigate thier newly owned buisness.Sam (heat-pump tech guy) was a ball of bright energy who worked efficiently and quickly with a good old fashion yarn to just complete the package.I honestly can't thank you all enough for the top notch service provided & I highly recommend hiring DC Installation for your next job because a company like this is hard to come by.

Really happy with the ducted heat pump we got from DC Installation Services. They provided a prompt quote which was detailed and was really well priced compared to the other quotes we received. These guys are absolutely faultless in the quality of service and products they provide. They were just an honest and brilliant lot to deal with through and through. Excellent job guys. Arrived on time. Installed quickly. The aircon was centered on the wall correctly. Outside part has been properly installed - I note they used sealant to prevent water ingress where appropriate (outside part) which is great - this was lacking on one of my previous installs done by a different company. As for the unit itself, Mitsu aircons really are the best. Heats and cools in no time, so energy efficient, and the built in wifi control allows for it to be turned on and off anywhere (no more coming home to a 28 degree bedroom!).
