At the time of visiting, it felt like it was under staffed. The wait time for assistance was long. There were boxes all over the place where people sat to try shoes on so was a little cramped and frustrating. Not very competitive as I had found identical shoes in Macpac around the corner so when asked if they were willing to match they declined so they missed out on a $280 sale. Otherwise it's a good store, staff are friendly, there is good variety of items to choose from. Worth a visit.

Met a rude staff today, we entered the store before five, the door was still opened and there were some customers inside, the girl came to us with an unfriendly attitude said 'we DO close at five.' with big staring eyes and a pulling face. Rude and making people feel uncomfortable. After hearing this, we just dont wanna shop anymore.You can just simply say 'sorry, we are closing.' It makes customer feel much better or let them know the opening hours the other day instead of an unfriendly approach.

These people really know their stuff when it comes to the fine details and specific needs. They measured my son's feet (size 12) and fitted him with the right shoes for the job, tested them and offered after sale support too.

Tidy, well-stocked outdoor store with friendly staff. It pays to keep an eye on the specials and not just look when you need it immediately. They stock reputable brands that are good value for money even though it still hurts to pay. That said, I don't want gear to fail when I'm counting on it to do is job.
