Had my hot water cylinder start leaking and called up for a quote to get it fixed. Plumber came around later that day (on a Saturday) to assess and booked the job in for the following week. They gave me several options of what I could replace it with and told me the benefits/drawbacks of each option. The workmanship was tidy and they were very knowledgeable about the solar system I had. They even arranged for the electrician to come and wire it up. All in all they made this stressful time a lot easier for me with great communication and prompt work.

We recently encountered a problem with a leaking pipe underground and only found out through getting a huge water bill. We got leak detection in to source where the leak was located and then had to call a Plumber to come and fix the problem. Sounds easy however we called 2 plumbers and both never called us back. We then called Plumbcraft and got a lovely lady called Ashley on the phone who engaged with us over the phone, she answered as many questions as she could and then booked us in to get the job started. We then spoke to another amazing team member called Dionne who told us the job was all booked for Monday afternoon. The plumbers Tim & Ben arrived on time as they promised and they set about to sort out the problem. They dug up the concrete, found the leak, fixed it and then re-concreted the hole on the path. I'll only ever call Plumbcraft from now on when I need a plumber. They answer their phones when you call, they are responsive and excellent value for what you pay for. THANK YOU to the team at Plumbcraft - You are all amazing!

I didn't have a best experience. Initially the plumber forgot to come out and had to be rescheduled for a different day. Person came out to assess the job and advised they would be back in a few days to complete the job. I was quoted $1900-$2600, to correct a cross connection. I was asked for credit card details but refused so was told to pay $1000.00 before the work would be done, to which I paid. I was explaining that it wasn't a major job and wouldn't be too expensive provided I had the trench dug. Which I did. Boys arrived to complete the job . Had to leave to collect additional tools for an asbestos pipe and returned. within 6 hours the job was completed, three weeks later I recieved an invoice for $1840.00 to be paid. I have sent two emails questioning the price and not had a response. The staff were friendly and did a good job but beware of the prices charged which just seem to be made up as they go along. $2840.00 including gst to correct a cross connection, which was all completed in less than 6 hours is extreme!!!!!
