Urban vape is the best. Stockists of only the highest quality eliquids and vape related products, the stores ambience is inviting and chill, staff provide top notch service and assistance. If you're after anything vape related look no further.Edit. After a long hiatus from vaping I went back to urban vape online to purchase an Alt Kit and juice. As there was a sale I decided to stock up and bought a dozen 2packs of juice. After vapping the product for a while I was not impressed, the juice was really harsh and had a burnt taste even on a fresh cartridge. Because it was my first experience vaping disposables I just assumed that I'd make a mistake and that they are just a horrible tasting product. A month or so later I'm begrudgingly working my way through this horrible juice and as I'm opening a pack I notice there is a best before date, the product is seriously expired. I took the remaining packs to urban vape only to be told there would be no replacement or exchange, my proof of purchase was my bank statement and the email purchase confirmation.

went in last week to pick up a disposable but was unsure which one to get as the one I usually get was out of stock. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Michael, and he thoroughly walked me through which disposable would be suitable for me while explaining the flavours and popularity of certain products. On top of that, he was able to introduce me to a tank system vape and explained the differences between nic salts and freebases and why it would save me more money in the long run rather than continuing with disposables. I can say that without a doubt this has been my best experience at a vape shop yet.

Great store; spacious, nicely organised shelves and amazing customer service! Didn't know too much about products but were very nicely explained by the worker - Michael ! He was nice enough to show me around and explain everything !!Will be coming here again :D

Really liked Urban Vape on an epic level, didn't know it was there all this time and always driving past it!. For me it kind of put other places I'd been going out of the light to be honest, I think I've found my new one stop. This dudes got sofas!, chairs, music, stickers, mods, coils hanging up, juices everywhere, second hand mods at awesome prices!! and a 'really' cool vibe that I hadn't seen before. Friendly as fella, knows what he's talking about, good on advice with juices, and unbelievably had coils that everywhere else I go, I get told they are out of stock! furthermore, these coils are handing up for you to go through yourself!!!. Highly recommend, this place is awesome and I'm sure I'll be back there at least twice a month. Has a loyalty system as well which is great. Walked out on first visit with a new tank, juices, coils, a second hand mod, and a sticker for the car. Stoked. Cheers mate see you again soon. Epic vape shop.
