Good:Location, cleanliness, facilities, and ambiance is great. Receptionist is friendly and accommodating.Bad:Unfortunately, I chose Bambi the female masseuse. This is the 1st time I made a booking at Total Body Bliss. Mainly why I chose Total Body Bliss was expecting high quality of service. Instead, I hardly got any good service. Bambi was judgmental and she has some attitude issue. You can feel she is doing it sake of doing and keep watching the clock. Not welcoming nor friendly. She mentioned” she does not like touching people”. Then why are you a masseuse? I did not feel comfortable. I will NOT recommend Bambi for anyone who want pleasant, relaxing and peaceful time out of busy schedule. I think management should do something to keep up with standards and training. Also, she mentioned “Bambi profile is on the site is not accurate.However, I do not mean or think Total Body Bliss is bad. I hardly write any review on the internet. It is “Just a girl” who provided poor service made me write this review. I hope the management take note of this and make each customer feel valued and feel positive about your service. This is an honest review.
