Very helpful friendly staff at Info office. Great recommendation & assistance with accommodation in Gisborne prior to travelling here. Love Ocean beach Lodge as recommended. Another friendly clean and welcoming place. Highly recommend to anyone. Close to town.

Such friendly and helpful staff!! As a group of mates travelling around the area, it was so helpful to check in at the isite and charge our phones. Very useful information for camping around the area and good spots to check out

The staff could not do enough to help my friend and I sort out some great excursions for our short Whakatane stay. They were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure excursions were booked for us at short notice. It is a MUST visit for anybody visiting Whakatane.

Awesome service, helpful, attentive & happy staff! If there's anything you need, either local or out of town, the staff here go extra to provide help. I was looking for accommodation outside of Whakatane and the staff called different districts to find appropriate places to fit my needs. They're super friendly and easy to approach! 5+ stars for their excellent customer service! Always a pleasure!
