Balance&Flow - Pilates
I had never tried Pilates before but last 12 months+ lower back has been sore from rowing so looking to strengthen core and back. I'm 50+ so expect these things :). The classes are great (Intro & Flow class); they're not to big (10 max I think), Kate takes us through in a clear easy manner and she varies it slightly each week. The hour literally flies by. As for the exercise working; my back pain has gone plus in a recent regatta I had more flex in leaning over and length.
