I have both purchased and sold property through Craig, with a purchase in 2015 and recent sale in 2021. I chose Craig to sell my recent property based on my earlier experience as a buyer. Having interacted with many agents over the years, they are a mixed bag in terms of the effort they put in with potential buyers, particularly in busy times. I have personally been put off listings by some of their approaches. I chose Craig due to his courteous and friendly demeanor - he comes across as genuinely friendly and honest, which I feel makes a big difference in providing comfort and direction to potential buyers.
