I've purchased a number of bouquets from The Wild Rose throughout the year for family and friends while also being on the receiving end to be gifted such an extravagant bouquet. However this particular bunch I purchased for my son's 15th birthday this year June because why not... boys deserve a bit of pampering. These flowers lasted for two and a half weeks in my vase with water and a tablet to keep them hydrated. They smelled so good and the fact that they stood out on my coffee table was so lovely. I will continue to buy from TWR for future gifts.

Had to order a last minute corporate gift over the weekend for work. Placed the order and organised click and collect, and everything went so smoothly. It was perfectly packed and really appreciate the card that came with it. These guys are AMAZING. On the day of my anniversary I requested a custom bouquet as I wanted something bigger than what I saw on the site. Not only we’re they able to do the custom request they had one of their staff members deliver it so it would arrive on time and was a little bit out of their way, but they did it. Thank you team. Great experience!!! And flowers were loved by the wife!

I’m in Rhode Island USA and needed to have flowers and a card delivered to my auntie who is in a Hospice facility in the area. I called The Wild Rose and spoke to Emma. She helped me select flowers, I emailed her what I needed written in the card and they sent it for me. It was a very smooth process. I got word that the family received it and was touched by the gesture. Highly recommended.

I won't recommend supporting local shops like this with such a poor customer service experience. If you really want to try purchase from them, come well dressed as 2 staff entertained the other lady who came same time with mum, while mum has to wait if she will be sold with something or not. No matter how busy you may seem to be once a customer comes, drop your work and offer your professional help. Words of mouth spread quickly so will take business to other locals who have the genuine service and are inclusive . Such ironic that you sell beautiful things. Never again!

I ordered an impromptu gift for my wife, and I got really excited when I saw the Narcissus flowers available as it is her favourite. I didn't know my wife was leaving early, so I got in touch and requested for it to be delivered before 4pm as she was leaving work at that time. Dianna was quick to respond and have confirmed this, the gifts arrived before 4pm which is so awesome. Great communication and great quality gifts! I will definitely keep using The Wild Rose - you guys made our day! Thank you!
