I was a little disappointed after spending $54.00 here on a birthday cake candles the girl behind the counter said it was a chocolate cake no mention of moch cream in the middle.. my family hate moch cream so I was very upset about that. but I also brought a pkt of 18 sparklers candles that did not spark..So my review is a negative 1 sorry about it just a little more info on cakes and better merchandise could have made this review 5 stars..

Vanessa is an amazing person. She made the whole process super easy. I wanted only the edible image and she walked me through how to apply it onto the cake and gave me a piece of the edible image to practice. She was so so helpful and made me want to bake even more. Amazing service and product. Thank you!!

Ordered for click and collect, no reminder text or email, and I asked if the product had been frozen, was told no it's been defrosted.... so that's a YES. Wondering why I couldn't order a frozen product as I wanted to freeze it. Won't click and collect again.
