We received a great price special and although missed the cycle in our area so had to wait a bit, the job Chris and his assistant carried out was thorough. Thanks for going the extra mile to fix the perished hose covering the copper pipes. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to keep the communication going when delays occur. Highly recommend this company.

I removed my previous review but since then i have had time to think about what was said in the response by the company and a few things strike me as odd,I am really appalled by your company and the service you provide.After purchasing a voucher my parents have found themselves ripped off, and lied to by the company not once but twice about appointments! It is getting beyond a joke and we are still unable to contact you about this.What shocking business, and please do not ask me to remove this feedback as i would like others to see what tricks you are pulling (ESPECIALLY IF THIS IS NOT REMEDIED SWIFTLY)

Great response to my request for heat pump service, arrived on time, serviced 2 units, no mess left behind.Fixed a couple of problems to prevent further damage to pipe insulation. Friendly guy and explained what he was doing as he went. Will definetly recommend and use again.
