Aramex North Shore

I am extremely disappointed with this delivery company. As the receiver, I have been waiting for my parcel for nine days, which is an unreasonably long time for a delivery from East Auckland to North Shore.The level of service I have received is completely unacceptable. During my first call to inquire about my parcel, I was informed that the sender did not provide a company name, which is not a valid reason for delayed delivery. Despite explaining that I have received parcels from other couriers at the same business address without any issues, the customer service representative did not seem to care.During my follow-up call, I was promised that my parcel would be delivered within one to two days after I made an urgent request. However, this did not happen, and I was left waiting for an additional two days without any updates. The tracking information was inadequate as it only displayed held in problem" without any further details.To make matters worse

Had a parcel being delivered last week, and driver put down could not find address, hard to believe couldn't find a 16,000 Sq metre factory that has been in location for 30 years. Item was delivered the next day, found the place. LOL.

Rebel Sports should stop using Aramex as its delivery partner. I had ordered parcels that showed up near my home delivery centre four days ago. I have called/emailed requesting that I want to pick up the parcel myself since I needed the items for my travel. The only response I get is that they are working on it, and it will be done urgently. No signs of it yet, and I will not have the goods with me on time. The service is pathetic, unreliable, and useless.

I have been sitting home all morning awaiting a pickup for an item I sold on Trademe. Decide to check the tracking, and I found it absolutely miraculous that my parcel had been picked up at 11:43am!! It was WOW moment, it was just so amazing, I was in awe!! I am not sure how they did it, especially when the parcel concerned is still with me in my apartment!! Totally beyond me? I then contacted the depot and was informed they will send someone out, but after reading all the reviews I am now doubting it will be uplifted anytime soon. I might have given them the benefit of doubt it they had not marked it as being picked up". NZ Post is looking really good! All I can say at present is that this company appears to lack moral standards

The world is turning hellish and Aramex is part of the problem. Trying to do a simple task; send a parcel overseas. There is no option to add a new pickup address, only the one thats saved. Then finally I find a Transfer Address" option which changes pickup address indefinitely to a new address... WHAT!? No other courier service have I EVER only had the choice to have ONE collection address. Even after attempting to transfer it

If I could give them -10 I would. I paid over $200 to ship to Australia. I got a shipment number but never received a tracking number. Big scam they are not even answering from nz. Be aware!!!!

Oh boy never again! There's a reason why they're the cheapest! To be fair to them when it's fine it's fine but when you are unlucky and happen to be having an issue with them, I'd say all the very best. My parcel was lost a month ago, turns out mislabelled incorrect tracking number despite knowing all the facts to return to me, parcel is still stuck in Chch! Ongoing never ending saga with no help whatsoever. Mentally draining dealing with these people.

If I could give a negative 10 review, this company deserves it. They lost one of my packages and never found it -- jewelry. They've given me souch stress over the last few months over my deliveries. ALWAYS late. Yet again another disappointment today. They were a day late to deliver an item I needed for a meeting, I asked them to hold it so I can pick it up at the depot and make it to my meeting, the useless customer support (who sounds like they are offshore and cant contact their depot or drivers), didnt leave the note. So again, missed the delivery when I needed it. Totally useless. I will never buy any product that uses this courier.

Aramex are consistently slow, unreliable and prone to breaking packages.When delivering international parcels from UPS etc, they will routinely and fraudulently mark the package as delivered and signed for, when it's not, and actually delivery can take place 1-2 weeks later.Presumably this is to avoid missing any guarantee-of-service, which they would otherwise continually violate, as it generally takes them a full week to move a parcel a 30 min drive across Auckland. That's if things go well.I make a point to contact every retail business that uses Aramex to deliver to let them know how bad Aramex are, and that I won't shop with them unless they can offer another carrier option.
