Lock & Store Te Puna

Top class facilities, my furniture stored for 2 years was in in excellent condition when I moved it back to my apartment. Absolutely no signs of dampness/mildrew.From time to time I had to travel to add and check my furniture it Was very Handy having bathroom facilities on site.I always found Shelly the owner very friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend this storage facility.

Best storage facility around. Shelley is fabulous to deal with, my treasured possessions were looked after for many years by te puna lock and store. Easy access 24/7, dry and secure, what more could you want. I’m sad to be leaving ! Thanks Shelley

Great place for indoor outdoor storage. Very clean and easy to drive around premisis with a trailer attached. Nice amenities include kitchenette , loo and shower and a hose with brush to wash the boat or campervan.

Shelley was so pleasant and easy to deal with from the time I first made my initial enquiry about a storage unit, to approx 4 years later when I no longer needed my unit. I can highly recommend Shelley and Lock & Store and I would have no hesitation in using them again. Thanks so much :)

Would give this nasty place -5 stars if allowed. After being 2 days late with our first payment lthe lovely Shelley decided I was unreliable, ripped up the contract and demanded removal of 70 to 80 cubic meters of large and heavy items.The contract btw was meant to be emailed to us complete with bank account details but never was. I could carry on recounting the lies and unfounded claims she made to justify her actions but you can email me for those if interested.I posted an unflattering review here and the lovely Shelley wouldn't release OUR goods until we took it down - another illegal act.After all the stress and strain of this adventure and having to shift all this twice in 2 weeks I ended up in hospital with a blown up leg (oedema).I recommend that you avoid this establishment like you would covid 19 or the plague. Duplicitous people in the extreme.
