3 Bears Maternity

I absolutely loved the items I purchased. They exceeded my expectations and made me wish I bought more. We live rurally and having the items couriered wasn't an issue (not typically the case for us). All in all, would recommend.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced buying online. Took more than 3 weeks for part of my order to arrive and then another 2 weeks for the final part to show up. I’ve now been waiting 3 weeks for my refund on my returned item. Would not purchase from this shop if you want anything in a timely manner. It’s a shame as they have quality products.UPDATE: I did receive a refund the same day I wrote the above review after being contacted by 3bears about this review.

Outstanding customer service, fast delivery and love wearing everything I've ordered - quality and fit are amazing! Would highly recommend.

The clothes are nice but the delivery time and communition has been extremely slow. Sizing is large on all three items I have ordered, despite following the sizing guide on the website. I have had to return them all. Overall, a disappointing experience and I still have to use store credit as things didn't fit but I can't go to the store to try clothes on now they are online only.

I made a purchase on the 18th of January for 4 items. A week later I hadn't received them so I called and asked where the items were, they said they were out of stock and would be receiving them in the next week. A week later and I still hadn't received items so gave them another call to which they said they still haven't arrived and that they would be another 3 days. I said that I would be leaving the country then and could I please just have a refund. Fast forward to today (15th of February) and I still haven't received any emails or any kind of communication from 3 bears since the receipt of purchase. I will never purchase from the site and I warn others not to due to the lack of communication and muck around this has caused me.Reply to 3 bears:This review was made on the 15th of February. Obviously by today ( 28th February ) I have finally received my refund. When I contacted 3 bears via phone I explained that I was moving overseas and that was why I needed a refund. It is also the reason why i haven't been able to check voicemails etc. I was never rude on the phone or in the emails that i sent. By the time i did finally receive a reply email i had received the refund so i felt no reason to reply. I think the reply from this review shows what a nasty useless business owner this person is. What kind of business owner doesn't want people shopping at her own shop?Reply:This is the email I sent to 3 bears. Just wondering what is threatening about this email? People be aware before you purchase from this business. This lady is extremely rude.

I have just received my second online order from 3 Bears and am absolutely in love with their products! One of my dresses that I ordered was on backorder and when I called about this, the really friendly staff were able to make sure it got to me before my sisters wedding. Would definitely recommend to all mums out there! Thanks 3 bears, I'll be back for more.

Despite the clothes looking lovely, I’m disappointed with the service. I placed an order in July and still haven’t received them 8 weeks later. After multiples attempted to get in contact with little response, eventually I emailed saying can I have a refund so I can purchase something else. It’s now been a week and the refund still hasn’t been applied. They said they’d send a gift as an apology but again nothing received. I am finding it very hard to find nice maternity clothes in Auckland so I was excited to find 3 bears but it’s just been very disappointing.

Love the dresses here, especially the ones that gather at the sides. The sizing guide is helpful and so the dresses I ordered fit perfectly.Long delivery times and the lack of communication is a bit frustrating. Would recommend not buying if you have a tight time frame to work with.

I placed an order about three weeks ago, but only 2 of the 4 items arrived. My account is showing the order as complete but I have only received half the order. I have tried emailing but so far no response. I have no idea when the rest of my order will be delivered. It's annoying that there is only one way to get hold of them and no one is responding. I wish I read the other reviews before making a purchase through them. I've ordered maternity clothes through other sites and not had these problems.

June 21Just received my second round of Preggie clothes for baby number 2. Loved everything, especially my jeans.Really cool clothes and really helpful when I was trying to decide on what jeans I wanted. 5 stars for your customer service. Maggie
