NZ Post Shop Hardinge Street

I’m incredibly upset with the service I’ve received from this post office, An older islander lady was once again being rude and clearly should not be employed there. The first time I went she rolled her eyes at me and kept talking to me as if I couldn’t understand English although I speak perfectly fluent English. This time I went in and I accidentally sent my mail straight to the post office because all my deliveries get redirected to there. If I had known it was wrong I would not have done it. She ended up treating it as if I committed a crime and continued to talk to me as if I didn’t speak English. She was super racist and treated me as if I was stupid. Please quit ur job lady you can’t even put a smile on ur face to greet ur customers!!

Been going there regularly for a couple of months now, always quick fast and efficient and very friendly. Seems that the courier people keep dropping your missed parcel notification cards completely randomly, so that you sometimes miss your 10 days Deadline.Also please update the business hours if you’re doing a change of hours in between, had that happen to me between Christmas and New Years.Cheers

Why bother having Opening Hours if these are subject to change without letting customers know in advance? Some other places (ie. supermarkets) are using social media to inform customers of hours changes due to the weather, but no such effort here.

Really disappointed!You guys have lost two packages now I have sent from the depot . It’s either poor handling or there is a straight up thief working there

Lovely friendly staff - always super helpful. Only improvement would be having more desk space when needing to fill out forms etc.

My experience has been positive. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Not crowded at all and collected my parcel in less than 3 minutes. I don’t understand why it has such a low rating.

I went to the post office around 10.45 am Indian looking mid aged lady was standing check her phone on her back I said hello and she ignored by me and trying to charge me more what is actually,asking me what was in it and I told her what was in it.She was telling checking in this morning incident on the phone.Where is her great customer service?!over charging,cutting off checking her phone?!!!I went to Wellesley post office and fine.

I visited this brunch because my parcel is missing. They said that your parcel is 'job rejected wrong run'. But they didn't know what it meant. They couldn't follow my parcel, they couldn't know their job, they didn't solve my situation.

Amazing services, I always come on Saturday morning and there is this pacific lady that is always super helpful and friendly. She even advised me to get a box there so I don't have to rush to collect my undelivered parcels as I live in the apartment.
