Awesome team. I have used these guys multiple times. Great at the booking stage, awesome at picking venues. When we had a problem with a visa they were bloody magic at sorting things out.

We have used Fortis Travel twice, so the proof is in the pudding as they say... and we'll look forward to our next opportunity to travel with them! Why? Poor service and worse attitude.Air NZ head office sent me there.They tried to sell me a $78 air fare for ove $140,saying they get thier prices direct from AirNZ.Pulled up website and showed them and they still argued.Do not recomend this place.

I cant rate these guys highly enough! Kiwi owned, and they have the best consultants that had me covered at every step, no matter during the day or nights/weekends. My company used them for some business travel and I was so impressed I've used them for all my own holiday travel since. I love not having to deal with the airlines!
