The older gentleman with hair, served me. Approachable at first. Very knowledgeable and with that helpful. But I was getting a negative energy from him, because I was in my rough work clothes and I was only after something small.

Fantastic, friendly, speedy service! I needed a pair of pants hemmed rather quickly and I took them in on a Sunday and had them back Tuesday. They even delivered to me in Napier. I was so pleased with the service. I will absolutely recommend and return in the future.

Hired a suit for the recent ball, staff neglected to inform me about the surcharges i would need to pay if the suit was not returned on time. Before you think that this should just be common sense, i am a 17 year old boy from a not so well off family so this kind of thing is very new to me after getting a job. The staff also attempted to charge me an extra $90 dollars despite the fact the the suit was only returned 4 days late with a $10 dollar daily surcharge rate.

Huge shout out to the team at Thompsons but especially the beautiful Courtney. She assisted me in a moment of need after I left my clothes behind in Rotorua for a funeral in Hastings. After a prewarning phone call, Courtney had arranged a selection of suits to view, then within 15m of arriving she had sorted a suit, shirt, tie, belt and then had the trousers hemmed and ironed the shirt. Incredible lady!!
