Thom is an outstanding guy to be a customer with. He's the kind of guy who has patience and cares about you getting what you're looking for. The shop has a great range and I've always felt Thom has a prudent attitude towards his shop and the range of juices he sells. So he doesn't run out like other stores I've been to. Excellent experience for me. Five stars.

Very good to deal with awesome service and my package arrived faster than I expected I even got some lollies with my first order my only gripe would be that my vape box was all bent out of shape and damaged upon arrival my vape is still in good working condition though maybe some bubble wrap would fix that problem? otherwise I will definitely use Cloud Machine again thank you

This is our go to shop as we used to live near by, never had any issues with the products brought from here and always returned back. Recently moved to Brisbane and we are still purchasing from cloud machine. Tom is awesome. Our order shipped to us from NZ to Brisbane in under 3 days! Definitely a big thumbs up for this shop.
