Highly skilled and knowledgeable technicians with an unfortunate inability to communicate is how I would sum up my experience with i-TECH Automotive. I needed a transmission repair on my Honda Vezel/HRV Hybrid. The work appears (after one month) to be solid but as I was driving the vehicle home, the same warning lights came on. This issue wasn't addressed for close to a month and then I was told it was unrelated to the original repairs and I had to pay for the diagnostics. Communication was extremely poor, I had multiple emails and texts ignored and their reception doesn't appear to be staffed full-time. If I wanted an update on how the transmission repairs were progressing, I had to call up and enquire, no information was ever provided without my asking. I would recommend i-TECH only if you can tolerate not being kept in the loop. I cannot fault their work but was constantly frustrated with the radio silence from their end.

Paid for new hybrid battery replacement which failed two years later. I also paid for a new computer, which as I found out last week, was never installed...... Last week (July 2023) I went to a different hybrid battery company who fixed my batteries at 1/4 of the price and included additional services at no extra cost. They told me a new computer was not installed two years ago. I'm extremely annoyed at i-Tech Automotive, they are crooks.Do not go to iTech AutomotiveI recommend: Hybrid Battery Services Limited in Mt Roskill.

Very bad experienceAgain my hybrid battery not working.Don't know what to do. They fixed at dated 30/7/2021. After 2 days got error. 2 to 3 times I took for fixed problem. They took near about 2 months for fixed it. Now again Display error. I can't Uber drive due to error. My income stop now. Please do helpful. I have no money.I checked by my mechanic as per his opinion battery totally not working.Never go I tech automotive. Rip off

Speedy and efficient service.Visited them for an issue with my vehicle that another mechanic workshop did not diagnose properly and could not rectify. These guys, on the first diagnosis , faulted the issue and rectified it in a short time.

I found this place very good place to repair our hybrid cars. I found very helpful, friendly and competent team and excellent service. I can trust them.

I have visited their shop today to check hybrid battery health but they have provided very poor customer service and don’t know how to talk to customers. They are very rude and don’t want to apologise on their mistakes.However, they will give you false information and then charge something else.
