We purchased a car online from Stanley and he shipped it down to ChCh, the whole process was easy. A few weeks later the car turned out to have a faulty gearbox at 46000kms. Stanley immediately organized the repair through an independent local repairer and provided a lovely loan car. Several months later I contacted Stanley to explain the gearbox had failed again. Stanley got straight onto it and offered to swap the car for any vehicle in his current stock (subject to price difference). Our replacement vehicle is great. Stanley really does stand by his cars and we will definitely deal with him again.

We were worried, but he came up with options like swapping a car & importing car from Japan of the same type. We liked this car very much, so, he took it to the original BMW dealer and fixed it spending $2500 on his own. Gave the car back with the receipt & warranty from BMW for 3 years. (Its not possible with any other dealers we guess).His words are trustworthy.Getting a NZ new car is easy with any dealer, but the AFTER SALE SERVICE? Especially for the used cars - Definitely recommend buying from Genesis motors, for peace of mind.
