I have suffered from Restless Legs Syndrome and consequent interrupted sleep for a number of years. I tried many remedies without success. My physio recommended acupuncture.After a few treatments with Stephen at The Health Clinic, my restless legs stopped. I went to Stephen last year after being diagnosed with a frozen shoulder, having lifted something too heavy. In just 3 or 4 sessions, spread over 2 or 3 months, I got full mobility back and pain all but vanished - I don't yet sleep on that side but up to me to make one last appointment. Furthermore, the sessions were pleasant and soothing, Stephen was always kind, considerate and generous. Much appreciated.

These guys are amazing. Being a tiler I constantly have lower back pain and Stephen helps with this. Cupping is my new best friend along with needles and massage.
