They have a first timer promotion for 10 nzd. You should try and see whether you like it or not. I had problems at first but I got great results through communication and the trainer's (Laura's) understanding. They listen your concerns and come up with solutions.

I tried power plate mums and bubs on Monday for the first time after having two babies. LOVED IT. Feeling the burn, but so worth it, cant wait to get healthy and into shape. Thank you to Laura, the trainer, for your support.

I absolutely love this place. It is a beautiful space full of the most helpful and amazing staff. I saw amazing results after attending 3 Power Plate sessions! 100% would recommend.

Total Body really is a total experience! Liv and her team are so caring and really want the best for their clients. Such great value offered with multiple ways to improve your health. In this place the only thing holding you back is you. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to pay them a visit and change your life for the better!
