Lazy Staff. Even though they are open till 5pm, don’t try and book a learners licence in after 4.15pm! Told at 4.26pm that the booking process takes approx 20 - 30 min. Even though it was only 4.26pm they refused to allow licence to be booked in.

What a great experience. They were very busy today but it was well managed by friendly staff who made the whole wait thing easy to tolerate and waiting in that quiet space was actually a pretty peaceful experience.
