I have only great things to say about Moe and co. Nu Plumbing has been very professional from start to finish. The house renovation was over 5 months and through out the process we were happy with the service/products/designs and costs. We highly recommend Nu Plumbing!

I'd like to say big thank you to Nu Plumbing, especially Mo who was very quick to respond and great to communicate with . Always on time and always tidy, did great job on my bathroom, fixing leak that I had for ages and previous plumber couldn't figure out. I'll definitely recommend them , easy to deal with and very professional.

Had a kitchen sink drainage problem couple of days ago and had to call out Nuplimbing for their service. took them 30-40 mins to fix it and was very pleased with their work. Good communication and service would recommend them for their good work. keep it up!

Mo and his team has always been super reliable and friendly.I called on them on numerous occasions for both emergency plumbing and drainage works but also planned works. Mo has been particularly good with dealing with tenants at rental properties by expediting remedial works promptly and efficiently.Mo’s attention to detail is so reassuring that I no longer inspect works upon completion as he has done enough to reassure and continues to do so with written and photographic reports….I have no hesitation recommending Nu Plumbing for any plumbing or property maintenance needs

Incredible service from Mo and the team. They helped me install my new kitchen sink, tap and installed the F&P fridge with water filter. Work was top notch, highly recommended!

We had a leaking pipe that we couldn't isolate so we had to shut off the supply to the house. We called Mo at 9am on a Sunday morning. He was here within an hour and it was fixed by 11am. Great value for money and awesome service.

We contacted Moe from Nu Plumbing for a renovation job for a new kitchen and couple of bathrooms for our property. It also included some water pipe rearrangement from unit 1 to unit 2. It started off well and them concluded with the below although we agreed on a set amount prior to starting the job.1. He gave me a bill for some pipe rearrangement up in the ceiling but couldn't explain what he did properly, I asked for a proper explanation in writing repeatedly but he never did and eventually I had to pay for it otherwise he wasn't going to do the next part of the entire job.2. He bought some materials for the job and I paid for it but he never used. He never told me that he never used until I found out from my Builder that he never used it. - He never gave a proper explanation for it.3. He didn't finish some of the fittings because he said he has done what I paid for so far - although it was a set amount we agreed to.4. The worst part is - he isn't a registered plumber but he claims that he is. He use's someone else's registration number to do any work and the other guy signs it off without checking his work. the guy who signs off all these works is Andrew bachelor and this is illegal in NZ.Finally, we got the job done from someone else because Moe from Nu Plumbing left the job unfinished and refused to complete it.Moe, never think I have forgotten about what you did. you will soon get a letter from court and I will formally lay a complaint about you and Andrew. You will learn your lesson and pay for it.

NuPlumbing provided great service when we had a pipe repair. They arrived on time and identified the problem correctly. The solution was explained to us clearly and work was carried out within the expected timeframe.We are very satisfied and can recommend NuPlumbing for a good quality service.

Nu plumbing is my go to plumber, I trust Mo's advice and his work is of the highest quality. I've had several emergencies that Mo has come to my rescue. I have been using Nu plumbing for many years and will continue call on their service because I trust their advice and the job will be done well, that is peace of mind for me.

Called in the morning because we had a leak, Mo said he is on his way to another job and indicated that he will come and fix our leak after that. I sent him pictures and details during the day to keep him informed and then called him again at 3 pm he told me that he may have traffic to come to Titirangi and he may be late. I told him that late is fine as far as he does come and fix our urgent problem but then he told me to be honest my apprentice and staff are away and i don’t normally do these kind of work.I expect a professional plumber will know what jobs he wants to do or what jobs he is too good for and not take all day to tell you that. A plumber should also know that a leak is a serious problem and not keep people hanging. Terrible communication and we because of that we have another night of water leak that could cause damage to our house.
