Just went for shopping with my mum. Staff who was working at the back was nice and helpful. But lady named ‘Katrina’ at the checkout ( near by exit door’ was so rude. Not even replied for my greetings to her. Even she put the color run remover box at the side and didn’t give it to me after I paid. Luckily when I checked and couldn’t find it and then went back to her and asked her. She just threw it towards me without any saying. No expressions. SUCH A RUDE****

Was told VIP wasn't working so no discount. I later found out it was if you had a card(which I did) but as she said it wasn't working I thought it didn't even work with a card also. But turns out it wasn't working for phone numbers. Checkout lady rude.
