Useless. Poor customer service. We're a business customer and have been given the total run around trying to fix our terrible broadband. We've lost productivity and patience.

The people in this store have no clue. So useless. Go in to pay off your stuff then get hit with a bill because they can’t actually do what you request. You don’t even get a hello. Wouldn’t waste my time even trying to go here

Went in to this shop today for some advice on my cell phone and the guy I spoke to was absolutely no help whatsoever!!! He just was not interested in helping me one bit even tho there was no one else in the shop. I remember dealing with the people in the old shop and they could not have been more helpful. I'm sure if I had been in there to purchase a new phone things wud have been sooo much different. Buck yr ideas up u guys or u won't be in business very long!!!

I’ve been in to this store on 4 separate occasions to purchase everything from the IPhone 14 Pro to the Apple Watch ultra and every time I've patiently waited only to give up after 10-15 minutes of waiting. The lack of urgency is just unbelievable. Not even an acknowledgment ‘sorry we’ll be with you shortly’. Not short of staffed too 3-4 staff each time.

The staff here were just absolutely fantastic. My anxiety was hitting the roof, they recognized that and were wonderful. They got my new phone and plan set up for me.

Very disappointed in the customer service received from the store. Had to ring back to find out some information on a product I have just purchased when the phone was answered it wasn't good morning spark it was yes I had to ask whether I had rung the spark store very cold person on the other end of the phone. Product knowledge by the staff Personnel is very poor. I will never go back to that store again unless I absolutely have 2.

What should of been a seriously easy task was made complicated, in the end I walked out and went with 2 degrees Instead, another gentleman I was waiting in line with also left extremely unhappy, and another wasn't much happier,

The New Plymouth Spark Shop is Not the best service at all the Indian people that work there are so rude. I hope most of the spark customers go to Vodafone or Skinny network. Looking at changing services now.
