This is the service for a willingly paying costumer!…Dispatch doesn’t pass on directions you give them to drivers. Rude and condescending on the telephone. I was given the run around waiting a total 2h for driver to arrive. I was told vehicle would be collected in under an hour. No compensation for failure to disclose important details about transportation. Will not use again!

Person on the phone either didn't understand, or wasn't interested in having a contract for my private car park long term. She only wanted to know if I wanted a tow that day. Disappointing. Maybe try higher up the food chain next time.

We told them we would be there in 5-10 minutes to get the car - before that they already knew we were on our way to get the car. They had ample notice. We arrived and they took another 30 minutes to arrive. Horrible customer service too and ridiculous fees.

It was great! Very kind and respectful. Vasily worked so hard for the car that was stuck. I really appreciate the work that he did. I recommend him. He is very good at his job. Best towing worker ever!

Got towed at Albany Chinese Food Court，who would recognized there is a bloody PICK UP carpark hidden in all regular ones with same white line and misleading signs！ They would not explain a little bit about this ridiculous fee though - 320 nzd. Horrible experience totally like robbery
