I have the most horrible experience with these guys. I have paid them in Friday, showed them proof of payment and logged into my account infront of them and showed them full cleared payment. They told me go and come back on Tuesday. Not sure how long will it take for these guys to check a payment. Had the worest experience with these guys

Only recently opened so it looks very bare, staff is friendly and service done quick. They offered me $60 Uber voucher to get around while the car is in service, no courtesy car on this service centre yet.

Note that there's only one entrance to the customer carpark for both retail and service so be sure to slow down when you see the Tesla tall sign.

Love the customer service here. Picked up our model Y today.We have dealt with Kelly for pre delivery and Harry for pick up today. Exceptional service from both of them. Highly recommend!!
