TOA Fighting Systems

I'm super impressed with these guys! We've recently completed the kickboxing introduction blockcourse and begun attending the regular classes. We love it.TOA trainers are experienced and passionate about their craft. Seniors are helpful and friendly towards newbies. Classes are interesting and challenging, but fun at the same time too.Classes have a good mix of people... it doesn't matter if you're male or female, young or old, fit or unfit (you won't be for long). You just need a respectful attitude, a willingness to listen and learn, and be able to turn up on time.The prices are very reasonable compared to most other fitness activities these days too. (Prices are listed on their website.)N.B. 'We' are both female, 1 mid 20's, 1 mid 50's, neither of us very fit when we started, and 1 of us overweight. If we can, you can!
