Organised a pick up but they didn’t show up. Called to see what was going on but was told the driver wasn’t coming on the agreed day. When I said other days didn’t work they said they couldn’t help. Made other arrangements but then got told they were coming. When I said they weren’t needed they harassed me with phone calls

I’ve dealt with this company twice and would happily do so again. I made one 2 minute phone call, was offered a fair price, was sent a quick online form to fill out and had the car picked up from my house the next day. Zero hassle. There was a slight hiccup where the payment didn’t come through for the first car, but sorted this with a single phone call and received payment into my bank account the same day. If you need to scrap an old car with minimal hassle give these folks a call.

These guys are amazing. Ilesh went above and beyond to help find the correct spare tyre for my car (mine did not come with one). Highly recommend them. Super helpful, super honest, super people to deal with, and very good prices.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!!! Wrecker arrived and refused to take vehicle after signing an agreement to purchase. The wrecker has stolen parts from our shed while he was here. Company is blocking my phone calls and was hanging up on me.UPDATE/EDITWhy would you ask me to call the same number you've been declining and blocking my calls from or hanging up on the couple of occasions I've managed to get through?We've reported you to the police and included ALL OF YOUR DUPLICATE BUSINESSES!!!! And it's not the first time they've had reports. Hope you rot in a cell!

My partner asked for a quote to get truck wrecked, they called back fairly quickly but then demanded to view it today. We explained we could do it tomorrow and then they just hung up. Looking at other reviews it looks like their customer service is not good....will avoid.
