Outstanding service from The Cylinder Guy. I called them just after 7.00am, and a friendly Sandy answered my call. Soon after, Angus contacted me to advise that a plumber would be installing a new cylinder that day. What a relief! Winter time and no hot water. Troy arrived and set to work and after a couple of hours, a shiny new hot water cylinder was installed. Fantastic service. I can't recommend them highly enough. Great work guys, you have done a brilliant job.

Great service, Dan's back-and-forward to sort price inclusions/exclusions and installation timing was fantastic (3 days from confirming quote to installation completion) and Steve's installation was no-fuss and worked in and around a house full of chaotic kids!

Professional, quick, quality service from Billy, Will and Dan. Within 24 hours they made contact and were able to carry out an initial inspection. Billy then completed a professional job to fix a leaking pipe and repair it in an hour or two. We are grateful for the team, for their wonderful customer service and great craftpersonship. I dealt with Dan in Auckland, very professional, communication is excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable with good advice which helped me make a decision as to what to do when I had to replace an old, low pressure cylinder.Simon who came and did the install, was also very professional, friendly and also answered all the questions I had - mains pressure setup is quite different to a low pressure setup.The job was done very timely and fitted with what my requirements were.Many thanks to The Cylinder Guy" Auckland team."

The Cylinder Guy, Phil and Mike are professional team in Christchurch area.Phil explained everything and priced my required, also he organized and found the cheapest gas company as well.Mike installed new hot water gas system at 9am and took away 2 old leeked cylinders, he finished the job before 3pm same day.Highly recommended this team.

Great service. They give you relevant info that help you understand the problem. Kevin came to our North Shore Auckland house and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. He was a happy chap and easy to deal with. They do plumbing and electrical so you have a one stop shop

Terrible customer service, after speaking with the call center lady she said some one would phone me soon, which did happen, only to be told when he rang that he would arrange a plumber to contact me. After three days i sent a message to say I still hadn't heard anything and I didn't get a reply. It is now over a week and I am still waiting.

Huge shout out to Craig and the team from Lower Hutt. Email was answered within an hour of contacting them, phone calls followed with a quote on the same day, 2 days later job was done without fuss or hassle for me. Price was excellent coming in $2600 cheaper than a quote from a different company. I will recommend Craig and team to everyone I know who needs a cylinder installed and to anyone else reading this post...get in touch with these great folk, Craig was awesome to deal with, friendly, professional and just an over all great guy, loving the hot water, thanks guys
