Went for breakfast One morning and ordered Bacon an egg mcmuffin and found a Big piece of Egg shell!!! So disappointing! Even worse when you make a complaint and don’t hear shxt from them for and its been 2 months.Egg shell was so big, how tf did you not see it?!

Last time ever ,never ever getting any meal from Glen Innes branch. Meal is meal, shouldn't be complaining, but honestly, patties were hard as, fries not as it should be.

Been coming here since 2012, I must say that since then and now quality and standards have dropped significantly. I ordered from here last week and had severe stomach cramps , it was awful. The staff are horrible to cooperate with, one of the ladies was coughing and sneezing everywhere while packaging peoples food and the overall cleanliness was appalling, only one hand sanitiser machine worked.

I walked in in the morning, and there was one person eating. Nice and quiet, and the service was pretty quick. Hot chocolate was great, and the breakfast was nice.

Don’t bother ordering they will take over an hour to prepare a simple order. ‘Fast food’? No, they don’t know the meaning of it. I’ve had Michelin star restaurants deliver food faster than this McDonalds.

Service here us TERRIBLE. Whenever we come here it's slow. On my recent visit we got one frozen coke. That should be a simple thing that someone can quickly get done so we can leave. But no, took 8 minutes. We had to wait for all the big orders to be done before our little one. Lady at the counter pretty much threw the drink on the counter and didn't say anything or give a straw.

Words can not fully express how terrible this McDonald’s is, and please believe me when I say I have visited some pretty sketchy McDonalds restaurants around the world. Order accuracy and food quality both terrible. Please do yourself a favour and find someplace else to eat, or sit and rot in the drive-thru line, where you will have plenty of time to reflect on the terrible life decisions you’ve made leading up to visiting this restaurant.

My Oat Latte was an overpriced muddy water, I sent it back and they attempted to make it again was worse than the first one. I left.Haven’t returned, place needs better lighting inside and a desperate upgrade and a thorough clean. Do better!
