She is a very good listener, very kind, asks all the right questions and then explains medical information in a very detailed manner that just makes sense. I had Bifold Medialisation Thyroplasty (a vocal fold augmentation) recently, which is a major larynx surgery. My surgeon recommended Jennifer for post surgery voice therapy. It was during the period when in person appointments weren’t possible because of covid restrictions. Jennifer is such an incredible therapist. We had all our consultations remotely on Zoom. Jennifer is so talented and made me feel at ease. She’s very knowledgeable and makes the whole experience extremely pleasant. Together with my surgeon, Jennifer has changed my life by teaching me how to breathe, eat, drink and swallow properly. I highly recommend Jennifer and Revoice Clinic, even if you’re from another city. With Zoom Video calls, it’s just as easy as being there in person. Worked wonders for me.
