Never attempt to recieve housing from these so called professionals". Could not recommend to stay away enough. If you have any issues they are biast in favour of other tenants aswell as if you call to make a complaint they will play childish games over the phone "oh that person isn't in office today we'll call you back" next day still no call and so on and so on. Have been trying to get tenancy manager to sort problems with neighbours for 8 months and he has just continued to enable the issue while somehow blaming me the victim. Would give -0 stars is possible"

Nothing wrong with the place, just some people make it bad. And gives it a bad name

Great support service,they helped immensely to get myself from living on these city streets,boarding,couch surfing and living in earthquake damaged squats.They are nice and non judgemental so I never once felt less than a person interacting and communicating with them.My cat and dog are sire glad they got us somewhere to call a house.

Hello i been living in concord place burwood chch for like 6months now there is this guy who stays on 14 concord place and the inside and outside of his place is disgusting..you ocht have been told so many times about him and your land lords see it every time you come around and still nothing please do something about it ..i have spoken to him about it

Why do the property managers ignore residents calls and avoid answering them.Why are residents struggling to get responses from this outfit.Seems like the media should be bought in or fair go.

They need change there name to anti social housing thats what the trust has turn these places into. elderly tenants have made complaints for years but they still seem look after the ones who cause all the problems. Stay away from these places.

Don't look after residents with marince on ther properties they don't care about some residents and ther properties are not wheelchair accessible and wheelchair friendly inside there flats they say they are but they not lies I'm in a wheelchair and in one of ur flats and I don't think much of ur trust u are useless

I am in one of their units in Korimako Lane. They are excellent quality and I am surprised by the fact that they are all pre-wired for broad band. They also operate a Job Club for tenants to assist them to find jobs. I used this to find work. The job coach points you in the right direction and is very encouraging.

Neighbour had a nice vege garden and shared with us her wonderful produce, in turn fostering a friendly community, but we woke up to a digger destroying her many years of dedication to sow grass.I doubt the patch of grass will provide the same benefit

Terrible housing trust. I have many friends that are housed with Otautahi and they all say the same thing. I have seen myself landlords go into peoples property, harrasssing tenants and they claim to have their tenants as their number one priority what a joke. I guess all the bad press you guys are getting in the papers ATM is really catching up to you. RE: In response to your reply with your suggestion to call and sort out the problem I and my friends have all called your offices hundreds of times over the last year and you constantly refuse to sort the issue and just hang up. Maybe some posting of the stills of video's i have received would help you realize importance of situation
