Bed Bath N' Table Riccarton

I love this store but I find the lay out cramped and tight. I don't really like the table of stock as soon as you walk in store. But the staff here are lovely and I love the products in store.

Lovely friendly staff. The duvet cover I was looking for wasn't on the shelf at the time. They we're very approachable, and got one for me. Made me feel very welcome in the store.

This is an egregious incident that I cannot simply stay silent about.I walked into the store with the intention of purchasing a fitted bedsheet during their Easter sale, but instead, I was met with a humiliating experience. The staff, who was a blatant racist, completely disregarded my presence and told me to move away from the section I was standing in, just so she could assist a white lady who came after me.I was shocked and appalled at the level of discrimination I faced in what was supposed to be a customer-friendly environment. It's disgraceful that in this day and age, people still judge others based on their race. The staff's behavior was unacceptable and completely unprofessional, as I was not given the same courtesy as any other customer, solely because of my Asian ethnicity.The incident completely ruined my day, I will not stand for such treatment and will make sure to share my experience with others so that they can avoid this store and its racist staff. It's high time that such incidents are taken seriously and action is taken against these behaviors

Good quality and variety of super king duvet covers

The customer service in this store is exemplary. They go above and beyond to ensure that your experience in this store is a very positive one. Special acknowledgment to Leigh and Marc they are truly lovely people and they care abouttheir customers. The overall presentation of this store is truly exceptional.

This is a review for an item that i purchased from BBT online. Do not buy online. The items are shipped from Australia and the item i bought arrived damaged and despite numerous attempts to contact the customer care there is no response. I thought because it was in stock in the Riccarton store that's where it would be shipped from. But it wasn't. So it took even longer to arrive, and as i said it was damaged from the plastic the duvet cover was in had melted and damaged the cover. Never again.

Lyn and Mark were fantastic in helping me sort out an issue with a store credit. They followed through and chased it up for me until it was resolved. They are also very knowledgeable and passionate about the products they are selling which is really reassuring when you're a customer.

The service today was absolutely the worst in any store I've been to!! The lady didn't acknowledge me or speak to me. I waited for a while at the counter to be serviced I also asked if I could see the size of the pajamas in a resealable bag as she wasn't sure what the sizing was like and she told me I couldn't. I left without purchasing anything after such bad service, won't go back!!!!
