Great place to stay - central Dunedin location. Loved that we could have our small dog stay with us in the room. Super clean & tidy and glad they are environment conscious (recycling etc). Our studio room was quite small but we managed.

The place was as advertised, lovely and warm and the rooms had everything you need. The owner was great as was the wee patrol dog that greets the guests and keeps the guest's company. Handy location walking distance to town or Uni. I would recommend Bella Vista Dunedin.

Shower was super clean although the drinking glasses were very cloudy when held up to the light I had to clean then before drinking out of them. Other than that was very clean

Really kind couple and beautiful dog. Were helpful when we needed electric stove and let their dog come and hangout with our pup in our room and they loved hanging out outside!! Our stay was nice and I really enjoyed it with my partner and puppy. Recommend for anyone coming to Dunedin, especially if you have to pets !

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I couldn’t recommend this place more, rang and booked a room on my way from Oamaru. Gary was so lovely! 100% pet friendly! Room was great and warm and everything we needed for the night
