We found ourselves in a difficult situation with a puncture in our 9 metre motor home. The service given us by Brandon at 9pm on a Saturday night in Kawerau where we were travelling through, was fantastic. Brandon's attitude and service was obviously what was expected by his employer. He came immediately from Whakatane where he appeared to be sharing a social evening with people. I've provided the short version but it was only the culture of the company and Brandon that gave us such a great result. Only occasionally do we receive service like this.

It’s 4 pm on a rainy Friday and I’ve got a puncture on the edge of town. The guys from Carters were amazing, rescued me from the side of the road and fixed the tire. And hardly charged me anything for it. Thanks guys

Rang and got quote ,drove to scheduled appointment to be told they sold one of the four tyres I needed. Then tried to sell me more expensive tyres. Took me an hour to get there and back.
